What I’m Wearing in the Second Trimester
It’s hard to believe we found out we were having a baby girl two weeks ago. If you missed the announcement, check it out here! Anyways, now that we know we are having a girl, I need to buy all things. I’m not into the color pink, so the hunt for clothes and nursery decor may be a little difficult. Seriously, everything is pink. I’ll share what I am thinking for the nursery soon, but for colors I’m thinking grays and mustard yellows with some greenery.
I’ve been trying to work on this post forever since I shared Rowan’s birth story on the blog months ago. I didn’t always want a water birth and I didn’t always want a non medicated childbirth. But when I first found out I was pregnant with Rowan, a water birth at a birthing center felt right.
We finally found out if this little babe is a boy or a girl at 20 weeks! I struggled with thinking up a fun way to reveal the gender. When I was pregnant with Rowan, we gave the envelope to my mom and she handled everything. Now that we live four hours from family, I had to plan or choose not to plan a reveal. In the end, I decided I didn’t want to find out in office and had my friend help out!
Long story short…
